i stayed in a beautiful king room. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, so great. the gym has 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes, awesome. breakfast had eggs benedict and a buffet with tons of options, very cool.
the in-room coffee machine made a bit of a loud noise.

The Amiri Suite was very spacious. I found the amount of staff astonishing. Everyone was eager to help! The culture. The team anticipated every wish I had! I offer my sincere appreciation to the entire team.
There was a minor issue with the lightning in the room. It made applying makeup a little difficult.

every breakfast had insane options. the menu's eggs benedict and royale dishes impressed me, but the buffet choices will leave you speechless. the gym offers many options. the helpful staff greeted us with smiles.
during my visit, i observed some guests not adhering to modest attire guidelines on the private beach, a minor concern.

the staff demonstrated a dedication to guest satisfaction (and a willingness to resolve any issue that arose). their attentiveness added positively to my visit. assistance was offered promptly.

the pool options was acceptable for families. there is a small kiddy pool with a mini slide.
i found the kids club to be impersonal and staff offered to sit my son in front of a screen to watch tv. there were a lack of engagement with kids and a lack of actual kids facilities in the room. i deactivated the whatsapp customer service as it was too much for me.
